Office Chair Regulation: Eye Movement
In this video, I walk you through a practice which can reduce slight sympathetic nervous system activation (flight or fight) or gently bring the body back into the present moment using simple eye movements.
This video is one in a series where I demonstrate embodiment and somatic practices to help regulate the autonomic nervous system all while sitting in an office chair.
Remember, there is always something you can do to feel at least 1% better!
