Office Chair Regulation: Anger Release

This is one video in a series where I demonstrate embodiment and somatic practices to help regulate the autonomous nervous system all while sitting in an office chair.

In this video I show you ways to pair increased muscle tension with your breath in order to help release the excess tension and energy that builds in the body when you’re angry. This is not meant to “get rid” of the anger but it will help you release some of the excess so you can respond the way you want to!

Remember, there’s always something you can do to help yourself feel at least 1% better.
